Lack of exercise is detrimental to the wellbeing of our community and a leading cause of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, metabolic syndrome and Type 2 Diabetes. The correlation of exercise on positive health outcomes is well understood by most.

That’s why we created our FUN, entertaining, come-as-you-are live virtual fitness programming allowing every person to fully participate in real time, from the comfort of their own home. Fitness professionals trained in teaching students of all levels will lead an array of workouts impossible to access within one big box gym, and participants receive direct coaching and motivation from their teacher, who can even see them!

When class is delivered live at a pre-determined day and time, participants feel a sense of accountability to their commitment, to their peers, and to their instructor. Their teacher is ready and waiting for them and participants know it. We created interactive virtual workouts where exercisers don’t simply feel like they’re doing workouts, but that they’re an integral part of the session. Students “get to know” their virtual peers and root them on from the comfort of their own home.
